A manager with more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a career focused from the outset on corporate insurance, distribution and business development. Prior to joining the ISON Group, he served as a Member of the Management Board of PZU S.A. Earlier, he was associated with the MAK Group, where he held the position of Vice President of the Management Board at MAK Ubezpieczenia and STBU Brokerzy Ubezpieczeniowi. He also served as Managing Director at TUiR WARTA S.A., where he was responsible for corporate insurance as well as contributing to the development and execution of the company’s strategy. He also gained management experience at UNIQA Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń S.A.One of the most experienced leaders in the Polish insurance market, with a strong background in corporate insurance, distribution and business development. At the ISON Group, he is responsible for executing the Group’s growth strategy, developing its operational and technological capabilities, and further strengthening its position in Poland and international markets. He is known for his consistent focus on achieving objectives, his ability to lead complex development projects, and his track record of building organisations focused on effectiveness, scale and long-term value.
