Our Actions

We want reality to change for the better,
which is why we have already taken significant steps in several areas that make up ESG.

As ISON Pro, we are aware of the challenges related to climate and social change, and corporate governance has become one of our main leading goals. We have joined the international group of companies striving to achieve the status of a sustainable business.

Our priorities are people: employees, business partners and customers. We feel responsible for the world around us, which is why we focus on activities for the natural environment.

Our ESG approach supports the goals of the circular economy of gradually reducing consumption of scarce resources and eliminating energy waste.

We work on building the economic and social value of our business through close cooperation with the society around us and sincere respect for our business partners.

We believe that good and effective corporate governance, with a professional ESG approach, is a prerequisite for building a strong organization.

AREA OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

We have adopted the Sustainable Development Policy.

It expresses our goals and aspirations and indicates specific actions to be taken, including:

  • striving to achieve net zero by 2030, i.e. climate neutrality,
  • implementation of the assumptions contained in the Paris Agreement, aimed at keeping the process of global warming in check,
  • reducing emissions along the value chain,
  • establishing a Sustainable Development Committee in the Punkta Group, which monitors and is responsible for the implementation of climate goals on an ongoing basis.
SOCIAL AREA

We run a Uniform Social Policy and a Policy of Diversity, Equality and Inclusiveness.

They serve the purpose of introducing numerous social activities aimed at caring for the well-being of employees and creating a workplace free of discrimination. We focus on:

  • providing employees with optimal conditions for professional and personal development,
  • care for employees' health,
  • ongoing monitoring of employee satisfaction,
  • financing activities aimed at improving the well-being of employees and caring for the natural environment or supporting specific charitable causes,
  • eliminating all forms of discrimination based on race, origin, sex, religion, pregnancy or maternity, disability, marital status, age or sexual orientation,
  • commitment to supporting employees with disabilities.
TRANSPARENCY AREA

We have adopted: the Code of Ethics, the Procedure for Reporting Irregularities of Grupa Punkta and the Anti-Corruption Policy.

They contain the basic principles that we follow in all areas of everyday activity, in particular:

  • commitment to counteract all forms of forced labour,
  • rules to prevent mobbing and discrimination,
  • ensuring impartial and confidential consideration of all reports of irregularities
  • principles of avoiding and monitoring any corrupt behavior.
