The Christmas season is a time for reflection and for looking to the future with due care – also in the business world, where responsibility and a long-term perspective are of particular importance.
The past year has been a period of significant change for ISON. The company has completed an investment process that represents an important step in the further development of our brokerage activity. Cooperation with investors such as Innova Capital and the EBRD strengthens our organizational stability and enables the consistent execution of our long-term strategy.

We are pleased to announce that as of May 30, 2025, our brokerage company officially changes its name from Punkta Brokers Sp. z o.o. to ISON Sp. z o.o. This is more than just a name change – it marks a significant step in the development of our entire organization, reflecting our new operational scale, technological advancement, and ambition to shape the future of the insurance market.
New name, same mission
While our visual identity is changing, our values remain the same. We continue to be a full-service insurance broker – a reliable partner in every aspect of insurance protection: from risk analysis and program design to negotiations with insurers and claims handling. Our business model is built on full transparency, independence, and a tailored approach to every client.

Part of a strong capital group
This name change follows a strategic investment by the private equity fund Innova Capital, which acquired a majority stake in the former Punkta Group in March 2025. EBOR (EBRD) joins as a minority investor. Their backing enables us to accelerate our growth, build proprietary technologies, and further strengthen our leadership in Poland’s corporate insurance market.
What’s changing?
Only our name and visual identity. Our team, services, legal structure, and relationships with clients and partners remain unchanged. All existing agreements, powers of attorney, and cooperation terms remain fully valid – no action is required on your part.

In the Broker Almanac 2025, published in May, Punkta Group once again secured the 5th place among the largest brokerage firms in Poland. This repeat performance confirms the company’s consistent growth in a demanding and dynamic market environment.
Strong revenue growth
In 2024, Punkta Group generated PLN 296 million in revenue, marking a 140% year-on-year increase. Revenue from core brokerage activity amounted to PLN 82 million, with a brokerage ratio of 28%. A significant contribution to this result came from Punkta Brokers, which nearly doubled its revenue – from PLN 8.99 million in 2023 to PLN 16.96 million in 2024.
New investor, new growth phase
In March 2025, Punkta Group welcomed a strategic investor – the private equity fund Innova Capital, which acquired a majority stake. The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) joined as a minority investor. This change in ownership opens new opportunities for expansion and technological development.
As a result, a rebranding is planned for early June 2025 – Punkta Group will become ISON Group. This symbolic shift reflects the company’s new ambitions, expanded scale, and integrated approach to servicing corporate clients.

Maintaining a top-five position in the ranking confirms Punkta Group’s growing role as a modern broker – one that is data-driven, tech-oriented, and focused on delivering real advisory value. The Group effectively combines operational scale with flexible client service, offering solutions tailored to the challenges of today’s insurance market.

In this year’s Broker Almanac published by Miesięcznik Ubezpieczeniowy magazine, Punkta Brokers was ranked within the Punkta Group in the prestigious “Lions” category – a segment of the largest and most dynamic insurance brokers in Poland. The company itself recorded revenues of PLN 16.96 million in 2023, nearly doubling its result from the previous year (PLN 8.99 million). This dynamic growth and scale expansion confirm Punkta Brokers’ strong market position and its increasing importance within the Punkta Group structure.

On 4 November 2022, as a result of the dynamic growth of our business group and the need for wider identification, including in the European market, BIK Brokers Sp. z o.o. changed its name to Punkta Brokers Sp. z o.o.
In connection with the change of the company’s name, the following have been transformed:

- e-mail domain (@punktabrokers.pl)
Data such as KRS number, NIP, REGON have not changed. All existing agreements remain in force. The only change is the name of the company.
